Using Storybee
Storybee lets you create original personalised stories inspired by toy photos, names, story ideas, and preferences. You are responsible for the information you provide and for supervising children's use of the app.
Accounts
You may need Sign in with Apple to save stories online, sync across devices, buy credits, or manage a subscription. Keep your device and account secure and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Do not upload images or prompts that are illegal, harmful, abusive, invasive of privacy, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or that you do not have permission to use. Do not request stories based on characters, brands, logos, franchises, settings, catchphrases, or other protected material unless you have the rights to do so. Do not try to bypass security, scrape the service, overload our systems, or misuse generated content.
Stories and AI output
Storybee uses automated systems and third-party providers to generate text, images, and narration. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable despite safeguards. Please review stories before sharing them with a child.
Advertising
Free access may include third-party contextual ads configured for general audiences and child-directed treatment. Ads should not use toy photos, story prompts, or generated stories for personalised targeting. Please report inappropriate or age-inappropriate ads to [email protected].
Your content
You keep any rights you have in photos, names, prompts, and other material you provide. You give Storybee permission to process, store, transmit, and adapt that material as needed to create stories, provide the service, improve reliability, and keep the service safe.
Copyrights, trademarks, and brands
Storybee creates original family stories inspired by toy photos. Storybee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by toy companies, entertainment studios, publishers, or brand owners unless we say so clearly. We may block, rewrite, remove, disable sharing for, or refuse to generate content that appears to copy or misuse someone else's copyright, trademark, character, logo, trade dress, or other rights.
Generated stories
Generated stories are for personal and family use. Do not sell, redistribute, publish, or use them commercially unless we separately agree in writing and you have any rights needed for the material you provided.
Rights reports
If you believe Storybee content infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify the content, understand your rights, and contact you. We may remove or restrict content while we review a report.
Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled through Apple. Your plan may include a monthly allowance of stories, extra credits, or ad removal. Entitlements may change if a payment fails, a subscription expires, or a refund is issued.
Availability
We work to keep Storybee available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, provider issues, safety controls, or changes to the app. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
Deleting content
You can delete saved stories from your library. Deleting a story removes it from your online library where supported, and removing offline copies clears local iPad storage only.
Limits of liability
Storybee is provided for creative family storytelling and early literacy support. It is not a childcare service, school replacement, formal tutoring service, medical service, legal service, or safety service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, or issues outside our reasonable control.
